Please read these Terms of Service completely for GetWeddeo.com which is owned and operated by Weddeo. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the site at GetWeddeo.com and it’s affiliated apps.
By using or accessing the Site in any way, purchasing, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The client has critically viewed samples of Weddeo’s video work and hereby grants full editorial and production control to Weddeo regarding all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Weddeo as the exclusive producer of the event video recording. Weddeo is happy to make any reasonable changes or edits at our discretion. Changes requested to the final video after delivery to client are charged at a rate of $85 dollars an hour at the discretion of Weddeo.
The client will receive the video equipment per the package purchased within 2-10 days of the scheduled wedding date in a pre-paid shipping container. Cameras will arrive at least two days prior to the date of your event in working conditions. You agree to return the cameras to Weddeo in a reasonable time after your wedding (one to three days not after the honeymoon). If you are leaving right after the wedding then you agree to have someone responsible to mail them back for you with confirmation.
Upon receiving the equipment the client is responsible for reviewing, familiarizing and testing the equipment to ensure that it is in working order. Client will check that the equipment remains fully charged and with clear/ sufficient memory. Client will double check the equipment with the users designated to operate the cameras to review familiarity, charge, safe care of equipment, and return policy.
Once returned Weddeo will determine normal wear and tear and minor damage to cameras. Cameras not returned will be billed to your account. You agree to pay for the cost of replacing the cameras if they are lost or stolen, while in your possession at the rate of $300 per camera.
Damaged or Lost Footage
Weddeo will take reasonable precautions to ensure that your videos are not lost or damaged. Weddeo cannot guarantee this and you agree to not hold Weddeo responsible nor bring suit against Weddeo in case of damaged or lost footage. Using the phone app helps to ensure delivery of footage through multiple mediums which helps to mitigate loss in the unlikely case of lost cameras in the mail.
The quality of the video is most dependent on the using of lighting. The more light the better. User understands and agrees to raise the lighting as bright as reasonably possible to get the best quality video. Increase the light at dimly lit receptions in order to obtain the best quality on the final film. If this light is too dark the client shall be aware that the resulting footage without such light may be very dark and exhibit extreme noise grain. We ask that you ask that the reception’s house lights be turned up in order to obtain the best lighting possible. Almost all of the halls and churches are happy to do this for you if someone simply asks.
After taking possession of the finished DVD, the client has 7 days to inform Weddeo of any technical or other problems with the video. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
The editing, shooting style and other creative aspects are at the sole discretion of Weddeo. Any and all parts of the footage or video may be used by Weddeo for promotional purposes
Weddeo will not be held liable for any production problems not in our control, such as accidents, weather, cancellation of wedding, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, lost footage from abuse or lose of equipment, guest interference, etc.
It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography Weddeo will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
Weddeo produces DVDs using the most compatible media for set top players (DVD-R). Not all packages recieve a DVD unless specifically indicated. Weddeo is not responsible for incompatibility with the DVDs created and the client’s player. You will receive your video within four to sixteen weeks after we have received the video footage. Time may vary on highlight and other videos. Additional copies can be made by Weddeo for free or for an additional charge at Weddeo’s discretion. Client may make additional copies and distribute all they wish of the video in it’s entirety.
All videos and pictures uploaded or delivered to Weddeo may be used or retained. By mailing or uploading pictures and videos to Weddeo or it’s apps you give permission to use the photos or video.
Weddeo retains the right to use this footage for promotional and advertising purposes. This includes but is not limited to displaying the finished edit on our website, blog and Facebook page or other electronic mediums, submitting the film for publication on any blog. If you wish to NOT have your film submitted for publication, you must make us aware of this in writing. By accepting these terms and conditions, you authorize us to submit your films for publication and use portions of video or pictures for promotional purposes. Any unauthorized duplication of the final disc other then for viewing by the client, family, or friends could result in serious penalties under copyright law. Clients may post or share online video clips as long as proper credit and a link are given to Weddeo (this includes posting on personal websites, Facebook, or other share sites).
If Weddeo shall fail to perform due to fire, illness or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of either party, than Weddeo will return payments made from the client but shall have no other further liability with respect to the Agreement. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that video materials or equipment should prove to malfunction or be damaged without fault on the part of Weddeo. Weddeo is not responsible for damages or unfortunate loss of video while in the mail. Due to the technical nature of phone apps we are not able to guarantee that both or either/or app will work on the day of your wedding. We do not handle technical issues with individual phones. In the event that Weddeo fails to perform for any reason deemed the fault of Weddeo, then Weddeo shall be limited only to a refund of all monies received. Any liability on the part of Weddeo will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
Weddeo will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc. You and your guests film and we edit the footage we receive.
The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Weddeo and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.
Weddeo reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice. Inactive users or accounts not used may be terminated/ deleted after 90 days.

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by Weddeo.
Copyright will be owned by Weddeo.
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States.
Weddeo reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health or inability to work with the party in an amicable manner. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Changes to This Agreement
Weddeo reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Weddeo site immediately.
